Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Ordered before 4 p.m. (Mon–Fri)? Shipped the same day.
- EN: PostNL/DPD or pick up in De Meern.
- BE: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
- Pickup possible after confirmation.
Returns
- Returns are free within 30 days.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- No direct exchanges → return and place a new order.
- Full refund only upon return of the entire order.
- Return via the return portal or on your own initiative.
