At AmaraPure, we strive for 100% satisfaction. Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return your order free of charge up to 30 days after receipt. Below you can read exactly how that works.

Return options

Free returns via our returns portal

Please use our return portal. Click here to register your return free of charge. You will receive a free return label and can drop off your package at a drop-off point of your choice. You don't need a printer; the label can simply be scanned using your smartphone.

Return yourself using your own shipping method

Send an email to support@amarapure.com To register your return, please state the reason for the return.

Please include the original packing slip with your return shipment.

Send the package to the return address at the bottom of this page.

We also reimburse shipping costs for this method.

Return policy

Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories.
If a product is damaged or shows clear signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the amount to be refunded.
Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Refund

Within 30 days of receiving your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the order.

Are you returning the entire order? Then we will also refund the shipping costs you paid.

Are you returning only part of your order? In that case, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns are always free of charge.
